All three are necessary and needed but the question is what energy is our go to energy. Stress, Overwhelm, fear, limited beliefs, doubt, negative thoughts can lead to destruction, illness and pain.
Universal law says if we are not moving forward we are moving back so try to maintain something is moving backwards. I see this all the time with people trying to maintain their health, weight, fitness level and relationships and they can’t figure out why they cannot maintain. They get in a stall, stuck and not moving forward.
Creation should be our number one energy that we tap into. So here are some things that we can do to come from a creative mindset.
– LET GO OF THE PAST
– REDUCE STRESS LEVEL
– MEDITATION 2 x/ per day for 10 min
– MINDFUL THOUGHT INSTEAD OF REACTIVE THOUGHT
– MOVEMENT/ EXERCISE
– CONNECTING WITH NATURE
– BREATHING ( Inhale through your nose for 2 to 3 seconds and exhale through your mouth for 4 to 6 secs)
– MINDSET of Moving towards or expansion instead of avoidance or moving away.
– ATTITUDE of positive thinking.
