When moving through your day stops feeling safe.

It can happen slowly or all at once — after a stroke, alongside Parkinson's, or as a chronic condition wears down the body over years. Balance gets shaky. Walking takes effort. Getting out of a chair, reaching, turning — the everyday things — start to feel risky. And the fear of falling can shrink your world even faster than the condition itself. You are not "just getting old," and you are not out of options. Movement can be restored.

The Approach

Waking up the connection between brain and body.

The Movement Restoration Program is built on a simple idea: to move better, the nervous system and muscles have to work together again. Using a weighted vest and light weights on the arms and legs, Dan activates neuromuscular facilitation and feeds rich sensory input back to the nervous system — essentially reminding the body how to coordinate, balance, and stabilize. From there, we practice real-life movement — walking, bending, lifting, rising from a chair — so the gains show up where they matter: in your day.

Neuromuscular Activation

Weighted vest and limb weights deliver rich sensory input, reminding the nervous system how to coordinate and stabilize.

Functional Real-Life Movement

Gains show up in your day — walking, bending, lifting, rising from a chair — where they matter most.

Consistency Builds Change

Twice-weekly sessions over 12 weeks give your nervous system the repetition it needs to rebuild real, lasting movement.

Re-Evaluation

Consistency is where the change happens. Two focused sessions a week, over twelve weeks, give your nervous system the repetition it needs to rebuild real, lasting movement — and the re-evaluation makes your progress visible.

Who It's For

This program may be right for you if…

Many of our Movement Restoration members are active seniors determined to keep living life on their own terms.

  • You're living with Parkinson's or recovering after a stroke
  • A chronic orthopedic condition has limited how you move
  • Your balance, posture, or walking has declined
  • You've become less active and want to safely rebuild
  • You (or a loved one) want to protect independence and reduce fall risk

Many of our Movement Restoration members are active seniors determined to keep living life on their own terms.

We rebuild confidence, not just muscles.

Losing mobility can quietly steal your confidence — and getting it back is as much about belief as it is about strength. That's why mindset coaching is built into every step: to take you out of a "victim" mindset, show you real progress, and give you something powerful to hold onto — hope, and a body that's moving forward again.
