The standard we work toward
Content can be seen, heard, or sensed by all users.
All functions are reachable by keyboard and assistive tools.
Content and navigation behave in predictable, clear ways.
Compatible with current and future assistive technologies.
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, which are the internationally recognized standards for making web content more accessible. These guidelines explain how to make content easier to perceive, operate, understand, and use for people with a wide range of abilities.
We strive to meet these guidelines as a target, but we do not claim that every page or element of the site is fully conformant at all times. This page is a good-faith statement of our efforts, not a certification or a guarantee.

What we have done
In building this site we have worked to use clear, structured headings and landmarks, meaningful text alternatives for images, readable color contrast, and navigation that can be operated by keyboard as well as by mouse or touch. We keep accessibility in mind as we add and update content.
- Clear, structured headings and landmarks throughout every page
- Meaningful text alternatives for images
- Readable color contrast across all content
- Navigation operable by keyboard as well as by mouse or touch
- Accessibility kept in mind as we add and update content
Limitations and third-party content
Some content may not be fully accessible despite our efforts. This can include material provided by third parties or embedded from other services — for example maps, videos, social media widgets, booking or payment tools, downloadable documents (such as PDFs), and content submitted by users. We do not control how those third-party services are built, and their accessibility is their responsibility. Where we can, we work to offer an accessible alternative.
Embedded map services are controlled by their providers and may have accessibility limitations outside our control.
Video content from third-party platforms may have varying levels of caption or description support.
Social feeds and share buttons are rendered by external services whose accessibility we cannot fully guarantee.
Integrated scheduling and payment processors follow their own accessibility implementations.
Legacy or third-party PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen reader access.
User-generated content may not always meet accessibility standards, as it is created outside our direct control.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review and improve the site over time and welcome feedback that helps us do better.
We periodically audit pages and components for accessibility issues and resolve them as they are identified.
Every time we add or revise content, we keep accessibility standards in mind as part of our process.
We welcome feedback from users and treat it as an opportunity to improve the experience for everyone.
